Roundtable
Roundtables
are held on the Second Thursday of each Month at Malow
Jr. High in Shelby Twp They Start at 7:30pm and end approx.
9:00pm.
Roundtables focus on the skills, techniques, information,
and program ideas for successful unit operation. Each pack, troop, team, and
crew needs to send at least one or more representatives to the montly roundtables.

District Meetings
Notice
The Committee meetings will be
held in rooms 123 and 124 at St. Paul's United Methodist Church in
Rochester. The first Thursday of each month, and time, 7 pm, If you
are not familiar, St Paul's is located at 620
Romeo Rd, Rochester, MI 48307*. |

What is the
Ojibwa District
The Ojibwa District is one of four districts in Clinton Valley
Council. These four districts are in Oakland and Macomb
counties in the state of Michigan.
Ojibwa District includes the communities of Sterling Heights,
Rochester, Rochester Hills, Romeo, Utica, and Shelby Township

Ojibwa Unit Recruiting
Recruiting must be a year round effort for continuous success.
Bring a friend to a den meeting, patrol meeting, crew meeting, or post meeting
can mean the difference in your enrollment. |

Unit Mailboxes/Expressos
Please have a unit representative check your mailbox/expresso
at the Council Service Center at least twice a month in order to receive timely
information on future activities, events, meetings and programs. |
Registration reminder
Are all of your new and experienced adult volunteer leaders
registered with the BSA in their correct unit position? If not, please forward
a completed application to the Council Service Center immediately to help insure
effective communication to your unit! |

Bad Weather Policy
In the future, if Utica School District is closed due to bad
weather, all district meetings, programs and roundtables will be cancelled. |
